mono-2.0-service software package provides Mono service manager for CLI 2.0, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mono-2.0-service
mono-2.0-service is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mono-2.0-service package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mono-2.0-service *
You will get with mono-2.0-service package name, version, architecture and description in a table
